TechAdvision, that is Christian Hezler and freelance staff for support in back office and administration.
After studying mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Ulm, Christian Hezler has graduated in a cooperation between the Institute of Manufacturing Technology of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the Audi AG. Thereby he developed a
stress based failure prediction for high and ultra high strength steels, based on realistic technological test specimens.
At the Tier-1 automotive supplier voestalpine Automotive Components he afterwards took over various tasks in the technology development and project planning of hot forming production plants. His main tasks as head of operation support for national and international manufacturing locations included the standardization of manufacturing processes and production systems, the training and education of employees and the transfer of knowledge for the hot forming process. In addition to his more than ten years of professional experience in the development and industrialization of manufacturing technologies, he has extended his classical project management skills by a certification as a
Professional Scrum Master
and quality management officer.
He used his training and many years of work as a reserve officer in the germay armed forces to specialize in addition to his experience from university teaching as a research assistant in adult education. He thus has the ability not only to pass on his know-how in an advisory role to his customers, but also to support sustainable implementation through the didactic transfer of relevant knowledge to his customers' employees.
